BNKR accessibility statement

BNKR is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards and is designed to comply with ADA Title III. Every player surface ships with skip-to-main links, document titles, focus order, reduced-motion support, accessible data-table disclosures for every chart, and an explicit numeric-hygiene rule that prevents NaN and Infinity from leaking into player-facing copy.

This page is the public accessibility statement: the standards we conform to, how to report an accessibility issue, and how we triage and resolve those reports.

Specifically, every interactive control on the player surface is reachable by keyboard, has a visible focus indicator that meets the contrast requirements of WCAG 2.1, and exposes an accessible name to assistive technology. Color is never the sole carrier of meaning. Every chart has a paired data-table disclosure that exposes the same information in a screen-reader-friendly format, and every dynamic update is announced through a polite live region. Sessions degrade gracefully under reduced-motion and high-contrast operating-system settings.

To report an accessibility issue, email our accessibility team with the page or surface where you encountered the issue, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and a short description of what you expected and what happened. We acknowledge accessibility reports within three business days, triage them against the WCAG 2.1 AA conformance criteria, and publish a written resolution. Critical accessibility regressions are treated as production incidents. Conformance is reviewed at least annually by a third party and the resulting report is available on request to institutional buyers.

Accessibility considerations are also embedded in the BNKR development workflow. Every player-facing surface is designed with assistive-technology compatibility in mind from the start, every visual change is reviewed against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria before it ships, and the changelog records material accessibility-conformance updates so that institutional buyers can track our trajectory over time. Where the simulation surfaces complex visualizations, those visualizations always ship with both an accessible data-table disclosure and a plain-language summary that conveys the same information without requiring sight.
