About BNKR

BNKR is built by a team that believes future bank leaders learn faster by running a bank than by clicking through compliance modules. The product brings credit, treasury, risk, regulatory, and customer-experience decisions into a single operating environment, and lets faculty, facilitators, and training leads watch how their people actually decide under pressure.

The platform is designed for serious institutional use: role-backed admin auth, accessibility commitments at WCAG 2.1 AA, deterministic simulation outputs that can be graded, and a transparent debrief spine that traces every metric back to the decisions and events that produced it.

Our team includes former bank operators, credit-risk modelers, regulatory examiners, learning designers, and software engineers. We have built BNKR alongside instructors at universities and learning leads at depository institutions so that the simulation reflects how real consumer-lending businesses operate, how supervisory examinations actually unfold, and how committees deliberate when capital, liquidity, and reputational risk are on the table together. Every mechanic in BNKR has been pressure-tested with practitioners before it shipped.

BNKR is privately held, US-headquartered, and operated as an independent education-technology company. We sell to banks, credit unions, fintech partners, universities, executive-education programs, training partners, and policy and compliance workshops. We do not sell to retail learners and we do not monetize player data. Our business model is direct institutional licensing of training-package editions, with optional facilitator certification, custom curriculum development, and white-glove onboarding for first-cohort engagements.

The company operates with a small senior team, a roster of practitioner advisors drawn from credit risk, treasury, regulatory, and academic backgrounds, and a quarterly cycle of product reviews with the institutions that license BNKR. We publish a public changelog of meaningful product changes, a public accessibility statement, and a public history page that grounds every simulated event in the real banking episode that inspired it. If you would like to talk to a member of the team, the request-a-demo page is the fastest way to reach us, and the commercial overview page is the most complete answer to a procurement-led evaluation question.
